In order to be of service to you, we have placed a list of the most frequently asked questions below so that you can hopefully find a suitable answer to your question.

How high are the shipping costs?

The delivery of your package within the Netherlands is € 5.75 per order. If it concerns a package that fits through the letterbox, it will be sent as a letterbox package and the shipping costs are € 3.95 per order.

For orders within the Netherlands with a value of more than € 75.00, no delivery costs will be charged.

For parcel shipments to an address within Europe we charge a rate of at least € 12.50 per order and for a letterbox package a rate of at least € 5.95, depending on the country of delivery.

I don't have a Track & Received trace code. Now what?

The moment we have afgeleverddelivered your order for shipment, you will be notified by email that your order has been completed and has been received by DHL. You will also receive the track & trace code with which you can check where your package is at that moment via the internet in combination with the DHL website.

If you have not received an order confirmation and a Track & Trace code within 5 working days, calculated from the moment you have completed your order, please send us an email with your order number to fornailsbymelody@hotmail.com. We will then inform you about your order as soon as possible.

I have not received my order. Now what?

The moment you select the Track & If you have received a trace code by email, your package will be delivered by DHL within a few working days. With the Track & You can always check the DHL tracking code on the DHL website to see where your package is at that moment.

If, however, you have not received your package after a few working days, please let us know by email at fornailsbymelody@hotmail.com. Please state your order number.

As soon as we have received your email, FornailsbyMelody will contact DHL with the request to track your package. DHL charges a maximum of 5 working days for this, during which we will keep you informed of the status of the investigation.

If it is determined by DHL that your package is considered lost, you have the option on the one hand to request a refund of the full purchase amount and on the other hand to send the order to you again by DHL.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

As soon as we have received your order, we will immediately inform you about the presence or availability of the ordered items. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you immediately.

Can I have my package delivered to a different address?

You can have your order delivered to an address of your choice: to your own home address, to your work address, to the address of the person who has to receive the order or to DHL ServicePoint. You can then enter the address where the items must be delivered at ‘delivery address‘

Do all online articles include 21% VAT?

Yes, all prices related to all online items include 21% VAT. and excluding shipping costs.

If you are a business customer from abroad (EU member states) you can choose to pay for your order as business. We will then ask for your VAT number and check this with VIES (System for the exchange of VAT information). If you have provided a valid VAT number, we will not charge any VAT on your order.
