Order

Order the desired articles by selecting the relevant article. Then click on “ Buy “. The item will then be placed in your shopping cart, as you can see at the top right of the website. You can now continue to order.

Pay

You can pay securely and online in our webshop using iDEAL, Creditcard, Shoppay or GPay. Your transaction will be handled via a secure connection.

Pick up

At Fornailsbymelody you also have the option to pick up your order in our salon in Hekelingen, The Netherlands by appointment. After processing your order you will receive a confirmation email with invoice after which you can make an appointment for collection via email fornailsbymelody@hotmail.com or by telephone/whatsapp under number +31 640707721, then we will ensure that the order is ready for you. Our salon is located at Kluivertweg 4, 3209AP in Hekelingen, The Netherlands.

Delivery

Orders that arrive on working days (Monday to Friday) before 5:00 pm will be processed and handed over to the carrier on the next working day. Normally your order will be delivered by DHL within 3 working days. (delivery within the Netherlands)

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to the neighbors. Or at a DHL ServicePoint nearby. You will then receive a card in your letterbox with a 'non-home code'. With this code you can track & trace see where you can pick up your package. It is good to know that the package will be stored at a DHL ServicePoint for a week. Then it will be sent back to Fornailsbymelody.

It is possible that your package is delivered without ringing the doorbell. This occurs in the following situations:

  • the shipment fits through the letterbox
  • the shipment is not registered and does not contain an additional service such as the insurance service.

Delivery costs

The delivery of your package within the Netherlands is € 5.75 per order, if it concerns a package that fits through the letterbox, it will be sent as a letterbox package and the shipping costs are € 3.95 per order.

For orders within the Netherlands with a value of more than € 75.00, no delivery costs will be charged.

For parcel shipments to an address within Europe we charge a rate of at least € 12.50 per order and for a letterbox package a rate of at least € 5.95, depending on the country of delivery.

You can have your order delivered to an address of your choice: to your own home address, to your workplace, or to the address of the person who has to receive the order. You can then enter the address where the items must be delivered at ‘delivery address’.

Have you not received anything after 5 working days? Please let us know by email stating your customer and order number. Please use our contact form.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about an ordered item or our service, we would of course like to hear from you. You can report your complaint by calling or emailing us. As soon as we have received your complaint, we aim to process your complaint within 2 working days.

Return

Is the item you received not good or does it not meet your expectations? No problem! With us you can return your order within 14 days after receipt of the delivery. The only condition is that the item is unused and undamaged and that it bears the original labels and in the original packaging.

Returning items is at your own expense. If we have sent you a defective item, we will pay the return costs.

To return items, you must request a return form from us and return it completed together with the item(s). The purchase amount will then be refunded to your account as soon as we have received the items in good condition.

Exchange

Another option is to exchange the item you wish to return. To do this, you must clearly state on the return form for which item you want the return item exchanged. However, we can only send the new item to you once we have received the return in good condition. With this way of exchanging it takes a little longer before you have the right item at home

Return address

If you wish to return an item, we would like to ask you to print and complete the return form requested from us. You can then send the package with the articles including the return form to Fornailsbymelody, Kluivertweg 4, 3209AP Hekelingen, The Netherlands.
